Heritage Remodel
A very difficult build on unstable foundations saw us excavate 14ft piers to find the stability required to build upon. This house is in a heritage listed area which means it was required to meet specific guidelines by the city.
A modern finish to the addition and restoration to the existing residence saw a high level of skill and knowledge required. It was a well delivered project with client and architect thoroughly happy.
